well i have had plenty of posts and am still not a full member... i can see pics and stuff like that, but i can't use the chat or access certian things... what the heck am i supposed to do to become an actual full member?

Chat is shut down because people abused it..

the lounge and introduce yourself do not count toward your cost count.
and it is posts, not making new threads though they do count as well.
also when you quote someone it counts as well.
