Pretty straight forward.
Pic 1 prep the heart. Cut away fat and tendons, then cut into slices (easiest if partly frozen)
Pic 2 Take the slices and freeze (I lay out on wax paper and then freeze so pieces are separate) then store in bag in freezer till needed
Pic 3 Time to feed, pull out frozen slice and cut into what ever size is appropriate for your fish (even my big guys like the strips around 2-3 inchs only)
Pic 4 dump in tank.
