I am new to these forums, but this is great. You guys are great and people can learn alot from these types of forums. But I have a questions. When you guys are saying Beefheart is that actual beefheart? Where can you buy that from? I have some discuss and how do you feed them that?

It is real beefheart, I am not sure about the steps they take to prepare it. Most fish stores will sell it, go to your local store and ask for beefheart - it is very common and no one will look at you as a crazy satanist.robchris said:

My fish are real picky but I will give it a shot. It looks like everyone is having good luck with it.
if you go to your local supermarket,ask for lean beefheart.and if you need anymore info as to how to clean and prepare it pm me.trust me buying the pack from the store is 5x more money in the long run appose to making it yourself.
