Beefheart?

Ill try some soon and see how it works out.Ill probably just grind it and use garlic and oatmeal,already have a few fish based diy fishfood mixes in the freezer.
I know garlic is an antioxidant and is supposed to be really healthy,but the best thing is the feeding frenzy it triggers.Works as good on fish as it does on people

yeah making your own beefheart is much much more wonderful than buying it. i do that whenever I have the time... if your fish are picky you can also mix in a little garlic extract... but i feed more than beefheart, i hear its kinda fatty to have as discus' only diet.
