Anywho, I want to start feeding my baby bichir beef hearts, shrimp, and/or squid, but I'm not sure how big he needs to be in order to digest it. He's about 2 inches long now, is that too early if I mince it for him?

I have only fed the frozen packet kind but my fish love it except for the pbass. I have also fed chicken heart which was a big hit.
