get more fish, and then trade some in, then start 43 threads on stocking, then move, sell 1 fish, move again, put your tank up for sale, buy more fish the very next day, move a third time for good measure, go to another site for some conflicting info, filter your tank with a sock, some more stocking threads, maybe you need to buy and sell some fish now, return name back to convictbreeder and all will be well.

If your tank were actually filled to the top, you'd be at the max for healthy stocking with light feeding and a weekly 50% water change. Since your tank is only about half-filled and you aren't allowed to do regular water changes, you really shouldn't have any fish.

Does it matter what people think? This thread is pointless. You're only fishing for the answers you want to hear so you can justify what you're doing. So I'll help you out: "Your tank is pefectly fine. In fact, you could fit a few more fish in there."

/end thread

I forgot about that bit. So you really only have about 50g and even then you have decor and fish mass so this will even be less than 50g. All that bio load and fortnightly w/c's and no heater last I read.
Yeah, sorry LBF but you really are in no position to have fish and care for them properly. You are just hurting them keeping them in such conditions.
We would be all over someone with your stocking in a 55g and your water volume is less than that.
What you are doing is ok as an emergency measure, say a tank breakage, but you have them actually living like that long term. You have been going to fill this tank to capacity for a while now but it hasn't happened and you have to negotiate for the use of your heater, temperature fluctuations are just cruel. Couple the low temps with undoubtedly dirty water, maybe not visually but chemically, and you are just being selfish and nasty by keeping them in those sorts of conditions.

Sorry LBF but thats the truth. You shouldn't have fish at the moment, if you love them as much as you make out then you will listen to everyones advice and give them to someone who can love them AND care for them properly.

I think you should put a penguin in there.....

Your entire living situation is unstable and has been for a long time. Until you are stable, you really should be trying to rehome as many of your fish as you can. You can't possibly be meeting their needs if you are struggling to meet your needs.

You do know that uncalled for doesn't just mean, "that was rude" or "that was mean", it means that there was no reason to make such a comment. But in this case there was, with all of this bs you put on this site, it's no wonder people say things like this, get rid of your fish, wait until april, get new ones.

You had already decided to trade in one of your oscars because you know, without outside influence, that you are overstocked. You know you are and you had come to a sensible conclusion of being minus one oscar.
People here were also telling you that 2 oscars is too much plus your other stock, but here you are again going to another site which is just confusing you even more.
You have had eveyones opinion here and now you are beginning to spam the site with the same threads. Oddball has already had a go at you in open forum, surely that got some alarm bells ringing that you might be verging on abuse of your given latitude by the mods.

As for this question. You know the answer, before anyone even gave their opinion. Opinions don't change if you ask the question once or a hundred times.

I have tried to be one of the patient ones with you, you even agreed to pm me before starting new topics so you didn't make people mad at you. You seemed to be coming away from your convict breeder days, displaying a new found maturity and actually listening to the knowledge being passed to you. Recently I have seen convict breeder again, I'm disappointed more than anything.
i am deff not going back to my old ways, and ill start PMing friends on here before i start making new threads for now on. i just dont want anyone mad at me. and yes i WILL be getting rid of one oscars, already got rid of my convicts. so within 2 weeks ill only have 1 oscar 1 sev 1 T meeki 1 T aureus ( both firemmouth but diff specie ) is that a better stock for my tank long term anyways?
