Best 2300 Gallon aquarium layout options..

Once I get into the new place I can see what kind of room I have to work with. Trying to keep the overhead clear so I have room to crawl above the tank and change bulbs and stuff like that without being in the tank to do it.

Which is something my current 1500 doesn't have.

Ha, welcome to my world. That's exactly what I would have to do if I had to change a bulb. I would have to stand in my tank to do it. I definitely would have to triple check all breakers are off when I do that

Id say out of the 3 sizes you have said,the 6' x 30' sounds the best and then the 5' x 25' as your stock doesn't really demand a
9' wide,can't wait to see this started.

I would do the 9'x14' but I would also be putting rays in it. But a 25' long tank would be quite the sight and with your stock that does sound better. I still like the idea of it being deeper because deeper always makes a tank look that muck more spectacular.

Well it's getting close to that time..

We close on the new house on May 13th, flooring needs refinishing starting on the 16th, then we can move in on the 20th. I am expecting to start work on the new tank on the 21st or 23rd.
