best cichlid

Number 1, has to be my own lil' JD. 
Second is my blue Kenyi

At the risk of sounding like a complete idiot... which I've been known to do... um. Well. Er... there are frontosas in Texas???

Don't really know 'bout that! 
It's just that at the lfs near by, the owner has a huge beautiful fish in a 55gl. Asked her what it was, she said "it's a Texas Frontosa", and looks exactly like the one in that photo I posted from off the web. I googled it, and clicked on 'photos only' and there's a bunch on there.

I googled it, and clicked on 'photos only' and there's a bunch on there. I like larger community type of cichlids. I would say my favorites would include Severums and Chocolate Cichlids. My best looking fish is a large Jack Dempsey that colored up beautifully but kind of boring personality. I like the personality of oscars as well. A full size colored up Chocolate Cichlid turned out to be gorgeous. I also like the nicaraguensis cichlid.
