Mom didn´t really like fish when I started with aquariums, but now she always talks to them when she is in front of a tank.
Also its funny how when I start talking with her about buying a new arowana, she doesnt tells me anymore why I spend so much money in fish, she just asks me how does the new arowana would look

Start warming her up to the idea of a 200+ gallon tank. How old are you? You must have some milestone coming up in the next few years. Forget the fish, stock up on tanks and filters while the getting is good!
