I saw an ad on CL for a free 55 gallon setup with rocks, decorations, fish (massive crayfish, two jack dempseys and two convicts) and other supplies. I was worried that I would miss it so I offered him 20 bucks and instant pickup and he agreed. When I got there he told me somebody else emailed him around the same time too.

Great deal. I could go for another 55 and 75 myself but my best deal of my lifetime was getting a 220 g for Free from my uncle who found it at an estate sale and had it sitting in his yard for 6 months and didn't have anything to do with it. I built my own DIY stand and it is now sitting in my basement full of fish and water. Great deals are constantly out there because people get tired or dismayed in this hobby quickly. Again congrats to you Kjfan1.

traded my 55g with a AC50 filter straight across for a 150g with millenium 3000 filter. i sold the millenium for 25.00 and bought a AC110 to match the one i didnt give the guy with my 55g
