Amazing fish. If I had that setup I'd add a female salvini in there. an addition of a bright yellow fish would be awesome. One of the babies from my last batch.

That fish is probably around 2 inches currently. You can tell female at that age by the little blotch on the jaw. Females will be brighter yellow overall. Max size of the salvini will be around 6 inches so no threat to your other cichlids. Their aggression will be similar to the jag and red terror which is another reason why salvini could work in your tank.

How small? If it can fit into your other fishes mouth I'd say get a bigger one. Also want some hiding spots for the salvini since it will be smaller

Great fish. i like the terror and the Salvini . we can't find such great fish around here. Setup gave me some idea. if you want some agression add a FH or oscars.
