Best food for bichirs?

I feed frozen every 3 days, pellets are fed afterwards, and no feeding for 4 days after feeding pellets. I feed pellets every 3rd feeding.

For example, Monday frozen whole or chopped whole, Thursday frozen whole or filet if no whole, Sunday pellets. Then start over on Thursday

Thanks for the help guys. He has been eating more than he was earlier. I’ve been feeding him pellets, anchovy and prawns, though he doesn’t eat for a day or two when he’s extremely full but he eats a lot when he’s hungry and then takes a break for a day

That's pretty normal, they can REALLY stuff themselves. Best take care not to overfeed the thing, they can be prone to obesity.
