Best Food??

I also vote for the NLS as the primary staple. I use thera+A but my fish are still pretty small. For a change of pace every 4/5 feedings i alternate between blood worms and shrimp. It took a while, but all my fish love it now.

IMO this is the one weak link of NLS, it is such a hard/dense food that some fish resist it compared to softer more palatable pellets. I've never had a fish that couldn't be trained to eat it, but over the years some fish did take some serious time & effort to get them to eagerly accept it.
 
I use NLS cichlid formula and Omega One Super Veggie Kelp flakes. I do have some Dainichi waiting in the wings for when they get big enough to eat it. I also have Repashy Superfoods Soilent Green, but I haven't prepared it yet.
 
I guess I'll just keep using nls, but will try Xtreme or danichi. I currently feed nls to my peacocks and their fry. I tried cyclopeeze but they wouldn't touch it
