From personal experience or of people you know, what do you think is the best glassbanger for a 75? Would be alone except for a smaller bichir if they can cooperate. Right now I'm thinking:

RD / midas
Jag
?

Not sure what else would work in a 75 for life and also have a good personality to go with it. Thoughts? My malawi tank has succumbed to bloat (hopefully over now), but it definitely has been hectic to the point where I just want to get a big guy and be done. Personality is a must as he will be in the living room and I wanna have a show stopper and a buddy.

I had a 8.5" fat beast of a male RD in my 70g and he was BORING, i sold him in the end, was a major let down.

I think a male Green Terror would be a better option for you, all the ones i have had before have been interactive pretty monsters.

A 75g is to small for a Jag

Male Islantum, Male Hait, Male (any type of parachromis but a Dovii). male Xiloaensis, basically any male that don't get above 14"s I would say.:)

The only Parachroims i consider a potential classbanger is the Dovii, which is too big for that size tank.

I'd look into getting a pair of red isletas or xiloaensis. Once they breed, you'll have one hell of a glassbanger on your hands.
