Dubia roaches are great, best insect feeder IMO. I bred them for about a year and was overrun with too many, as I was only feeding a single pacman, it was fun but not worth the hassle in the long run.
Their life cycle is fairly long, so you can just keep the adults as breeders and feed off the small nymphs they have.
