Best looking Cichlid

personally i like the way the festae looks (wish i could find one of those) didnt see it on the list, real cool fish but i picked the green terror, very beautiful as adults.

it's on the list as "Red Terror"

Well thanks (Sarcasm) Would you like me to name every SA cichlid that has been discovered? It would take you ten minutes to read it all and an hour to type them all. I just named the basic ones and guess whats getting the most votes.....One of the more known fish (Festae)

I believe Polenni are African from Madagascar. I always liked them.

All these fish are beautiful, and I understand why the festae are running away with it.

For me, it's the Green Terror. There are more colorful fish (though only slightly), but I like the way it's built more than almost any cichlid. Bulky and rounded is just more pleasing to me than the pointy faces on a lot of the cichlids (and I have plenty of those too - they all get the love). I also like the way they move a lot.

Pure color, I would have gone with the Festae.
