Sweet, I've got several pieces of driftwood ready to go. I'll have to see about getting some turtles...

or you can also get a turtle ramp, zoomed makes one that floats stationary and adjust to the water level, its called turtle dock

i have a razorback musk, and i have it fully aquatic. i only have a turtle ramp, which he only use because i put food on there and he comes to eat it, other than that he does not go on it. he always say on the bottom of the tank, and i got him since we was a hatching. size of a quarter from a friend that got it from turtlemonster!! he has more so im put up more. i like the razorback musk because they look cool!!CONNER go for the razorback.. That's not entirely true. It depends on where they come from. Stinkpots of southern locations are dark but the ones from the north are a much lighter brown coloring.

My pair. The female (darker one) is from Florida and the male is from Pennsylvania.

ya true, but im assuming that it conner going to buy a black one lol =).. but i love my RB that i might pick up one more from don haha..

Not sure what I'm gonna get anymore. Things have been put on hold for the moment, as a few things happened over the weekend that have set me back a little financially. I'm hoping to get a pair of whatever species in the next month or two though. I'll probably have to finish the pond before I get any more turtles (unless I catch them myself locally).

Are you going to put the musks in the pond? I'm sure they'll enjoy it, but you probably won't see much of them.

I will probably keep them in the 55g, at least until they are adults. If they seem too crowded in there, I may move them into the pond.

I was thinking, if I got my hands on a decent group of them, that I'd keep them in the pond, since I don't have a large tank to devote to more than 2 or 3 turtles.
