best small tank filtration method

Wow, thanks guys. That almost seems to good to be true!!!
I think the most outrageous pump/filtation system I've ever seen was in a Hellbender tank. They live in rapids, so you can imagine how strong the current was.

my fry growout tank is also my plated tank, and i just use a sponge filter, then when the fry are large enough a whisper 60

LOL yes that's the one I'm talking about. One of the LFS's sells them but I don't really have any use for one.
