I've got a couple jebaos running on tanks, 4 all together. The biggest is a 15000 running at about 70% on my 300g pond. More then enough. The others are smaller two 8000 on my 125s 1 running at about 70% with a head of about 6' the other 40% at a head of maybe 4'. The 15000 is 3 years old running constantly.
I was incorrect the ones on the 125s are 6500s

I have a jebao dcp-13000 for my 350g tank I'm setting up. I tested it out in a bathtub, it moves an incredible amount of water and is quieter than my aquaclear 110s Hopefully I'll have the stand built and everything running by christmas.

I am not hear to bad mouth any company but when I give the good reviews and then later I get horrible service I feel compelled to let others know about it.
I have 2 working pumps from them but the third was a dud.
Current USA/ Saltwater Aquarium may have good pumps but customer service is not good at all.

I bought this pump 3170 GPH as a backup pump. I tried to use it 3 months after I bought it. It didn't work. Error lights. I also noticed the transformer had water spots on it.
I communicated all of this to the seller. Even sent a photo of the transformer.
It took almost a week before the seller did anything. Even called the seller and they said "Brian" handles this.
Finally they emailed me a return lable. I boxed up everything in the original packaging.
Sent it back. Took a week. Then they sent me a replacement after they got my package.
I received only a pump. No transformer, no controller, no accessories.
I called them up. They told me to write them an email.
WOW. This is really horrible service. Bad quality control. And looks like used parts they sold as new.

Thats a shame, ive been hearing consistent reports of worsening quality control and service from current usa for awhile now. I need a new power supply for an old 3170 i salvaged so maybe ill get to deal with brian as well lol.

Its a shame because ive always liked their equipment. The 1900gph pump i have is a gem, i like the control knob much more than other pump controllers. I have some current lights and wave makers that i rate higher than other pricier brands as well.

Agree. I have 2 pumps from them that have been fine. I also like the knob feature. So disappointed with how they treat their customers. And the fact that the power supply appeared to be used was very concerning.

BTW, if you have the old power supply you can Google the part number and get one on Amazon.
I did this but found it wasn't the problem. It appears it was a controller issue as I switched pumps etc. This was for another brand of pump.
I actually told the company I bought the power supply from what happened. They had some pity on me so they gave me some credit back and said keep the power supply. And thank the Lord they didn't explain to me about "Brian".

Update - Finally got a replacement pump today from Saltwater Aquarium. It works. So the whole process took a month and was a bit tiresome.
But I wanted to report on the final outcome.
