I have just built my ply tank 6'length x 3'width x 2' high I used 3/4" exterior grade ply screwed and glued all joins screws every 2" used epoxy resin glue, rubbed down and painted with 4 coats of black epoxy resin 2 part paint I used 10mm glass on the front and 1 side attached with black marine silicone 2" overlap on the ply I also silicone over all internal joints again just to be sure it's been running now for 6 months ish and no problems it's got 4 braces across the top 1 either end and 2 spread across the center cost me 250 pounds total I might be able to find some pics of the build if your interested? Good luck

here is a few pics any advice you need just ask mate. i will say a'lot of people use sweet water or similar products to seal there tanks but in the uk its a bit more awkward to find an aquarium safe epoxy paint i used a garage floor 2 pack epoxy paint used in laboratories and such there is NO guarantees with this but i have been running leak free so far and it dose not leach or fade the manufacturer did say it will work but there is no indication on time it will take to break down time will tell dosent really affect me as i will be upgrading again soon lol
