Guys I have to go outstations so I have to leave my oscars with a person to give food and take my small fishes with me I think that the cycle is reset here i took my old sand which I used in my home tank and used here today my betta is shivering and I see time to time clamped fins the tiger barb in that tank was also doing death roll but somehow saved him tank is not so big I think it is 3 gallon what shoul I do pls help
There is no filter here I do water change everyday

Pics would help - clamped fins are usually a sign of stress, the tiger barbs could be bullying the betta.Your fine without a filter if your tank is heavily planted and stocked with 1 betta.

I don’t have conditioner should I buy rid all and inch guard conditioner?

Is he showing any signs of ich? For now I would keep him in a stress free enviroment with clean water ,I would get rid of the tiger barbs.Mean little #$%$s they are, they like nip and tear at long flowing fins. The tears could turn into fin rot.
