betta hate crayfish

well got a marble crayfish today set him up a nice lil tank and said hey ill pt one of my betta in there he should like it. 1 min later betta is trying to kill the crayfish did not see that coming.

Ok, so it was for "Ohhh look at the pretty betta"... and I don't think it's cause bettas hate all, it's just animal nature.. you look like you want to eat me kinda thing... so did you leave him with the cray? the cray can't hurt him anyway... although I still woudn't have done it.. it frusterates me when they can't be friends...
