BGK with Polypterus???

they should be good ,my needle fish rarely goes below 2 inches he is deff. a top water fish.
 
Sounds good but for some reason why am i in the knifefish section:confused:
 
Just an update. I picked up the needle fish today and just witnessed it eat one of my neons whole. I don't know why but I figured it would rip it to pieces rather than whole but wow! Guess I should get my guppy tank running again in order to feed this guy.
BGK normally take neons don't they? And I'm guessing the other missing three neons went to the polypterus?
So only two neons left now. Any bets on how long they'll last? I last fed the tank...four days ago
