So I have done some research and I keep finding some information on people being able to slowly turn bichers to brackish water but I have never heard of anyone doing this! Starting tomorrow I am starting to turn my freshwater puffer tank in to a brackish but I have a dinosaur bicher in there with them.... So any info would be greatly appreciated! I will be jumping the sg up .002 a week until I get to 1.008 and I just want to make sure I don't kill him off for no reason when I could easily put him in to one of my many other tanks.

yeah bichirs are definitively not brackish there FW it would probably survive in brackish for a while but it wouldn't live for long.

Well you never know they are atmospheric breathers they same has been done to alligator gars. Not even brakish all the way to salt. But their origin allows them to with their river beige connected directly to the ocean. So they can easily get back to fresh. Im not sure on bichirs. But shouldnt they able to just not bichers n gars why not walking catfish also? And snakeheads? Since they don't need to breath water.

Snakeheads and walking catfish are a completely different story. Op should not attempt this as his bichir will most definetly die.
