Locating a wild specimen is becoming harder and harder to find. So, here is a painting done for two wild nile polys, lol

Screw tiger fish send us polys!

One day i want to go to central Africa to collect knife fish and butterfly fish as well as cichlids. If you are still keeping polys in 15+ years maybe i can nab you some.

Polys are rare here, people would probably pay stupid money for nice ones

We have a bunch of guppies and cyprinids that have established themselves. polypterus would probably establish well in some areas of south Africa
