Glad to hear that the plec is gone. Another reason I wont have them in my tank anymore. Nothing but trouble. Can and will kill fish.

Eating pellets readily. Still very nocturnal and inactive during the day. Pleco is still awaiting Jan. the 9th for his new home. (hopefully)
The plec only went after the bichir due to the plec not being feed properly at one point to were it went after other fishes slime coats, What happens when plecos are treated as clean up fish.

The pleco was being fed expensive algae tablets on a daily basis. He ate about 3/4 of it and the green terror and giant danios got the rest. He was just a selfish pig.
Also most plecs need more than algae tabs,a liitle bit of meat in their diet and a drfitwood piece they can use as a pacifier that they eat.

Moving around half of the tank, i don't think he realizes there is another 22.5g or more to explore.... Eating healthily, i fed him some shrimp today which he loved.

Wait. You said earlier in your post you REMOVED the Plec. So you didn't? WOW..
And i have kept Plecs. They were VERY well fed. Still sucked on my fish. They get a liking for the slime coat and I don't care how well you feed them. That is what they go after. That is what they like.
