Bichir feeders

I have two rainbow sharks in with my 2 bichers.
they completely ignore each other.

in hopes that they breed in the tank and my bichirs could consume the fry

I had one of my three new Retropenis Bichirs die from eating a goldfish WAY too large. The Bichirs were in a growout with 3 FL. Gars. The feeders were for the Gars and only the biggest Bichir was able to "swallow" one and died looking pregnant!

It's amazing that people still feed orange death pills to their fish.

I don't believe in gold fish as feeders. I read somewhere that they can poison what ever i feed them to.

I want to breed some type of fish as food for my bichirs, and i was thinking about putting a breeding pair of rainbow sharks in the tank.
