bichir questions

Ifeed my aquatic organisms.....aquatic organisms (with veggis an exception)

I thought it would be cool to have an african butterfly to occupy the top the ctenopomas for the mid level and bichir for the bottom , but since all these fish are carnivors I think the african butterfly will get all the food from the ctenopomas because it won't have time to sink.

If the senigal is like mine it will be everywhere including the top.

african butterflies can be boring but throw in a cricket and watch it come to life a take it down!!!

considering I want to do an african species tank would syndontis catfish be okay with bichirs and do they eat algae? and also what does it mean when your bichir's underside is kinda buldging, does it mean It just ate alot?

A.if you just got done feeding it yes just watch it over the next few hours it should go away

A.Synodontis alberti-(6") or Ancistrus lamboensis-(6") should work
