Ok so things are worse than I thought.... I jus took him out and saw that he has a cut due to the bone I guess... It was kinda redish and culd see the blood inside... I don't know wt to do... One of my sadest day in my life... Hope he lives

he is in a 50g tank with another bichir and two black ghost knife... all of them are about 5inches each... i use a power filter that is used for a 80g tank... so no probs with filtration either... i do 20-30% water change weekly... i havent done a water test
yea hes been like that throughout.... that bump like thing has been there always in the same place...
Maybe you take him out, then get the bone out of his mouth

I tried taking the bone out but culdnt... Bt i moved it towards the middle... I dont think its there anymore... Myt hav swallowed or thrown it... I culdnt find that bone though... Good thing is he is still alive and active... He is eating...
