There is a good possibility that it's a Hybrid Polli/Sene, but there is also a very good chance it is a very washed out Polli.
I have had a VERY similar looking Polli before, that eventually gained some (but not all coloring/markings).
Looks like it could be a very slight "semi Short" judging by the reverses scaling mid body!

I think it's a female, but I could be wrong because either it is not mature enough yet to tell...or Im just plain mistaked, try to get a picture of the anal fin (small fin on the underside of the bichir near the tail)
