Hi.
There is a good possibility that it's a Hybrid Polli/Sene, but there is also a very good chance it is a very washed out Polli.
I have had a VERY similar looking Polli before, that eventually gained some (but not all coloring/markings).
Looks like it could be a very slight "semi Short" judging by the reverses scaling mid body!
Nice find.
I retract my opinion.
After looking at again, I see more fin lets than I thought.
IMO, this is just a Senegalus. Possible semi short, but no hybrid IMO.
I can't see where the mix is.
On Red. The fish have more of a sene genes to it and that's why. Plus I dont think the OP bichir is a semi-short body.Maybe I'm looking at it wrong?
I see a Senegalus head - check Headshape have some polli feature on it, usually found on WC sene but many CB dont have that headshape.
Senegalus body coloration/patterning - check
Senegalus fin count - check Please recount the finlets. Even in a semi-short body it will still show 8 finlets. Most albino senegal bichir are semi-short body and they have 8 finlets. Unless if it's a short-body or super short which will show 6-5 finlets. If I can try to catch mine which is kinda hard to do with all the other fish, looks exactly the same. Although the OP bichirs only shows a little dark markings on the finlet membranes as the fish is washed out.
Senegalus markingless fins - check
Just wondering what the traits of a Palmas Polli are on it? I don't see any.

here is another sene x polli hybrid. But this one have more of a polli gene on it but coloration more of sene.
