big catfish what have a slow grow rate?

Bumblebee Jello cats are SLOW Growers... but you need to have an afliction for Ugly to keep one... Personally I love mine... and he hasn't grown much in the 5mths or so that i've had him but have seen that they can get up past the 2' mark (personally I think that it's a really rare beast to get that big but I've seen video of one that big so I'm all for hoping that I can get my little Butterball up to that size

Jau doesn't seem to have the explosive growth rate of some of it's cousins, I'd actually like to hear from the members that had gotten some awhile back and see how big they are now.
It really depends on what your worst case is for a "couple of years and I'll have more space" Does that mean in 2 years or 4? cause you if it's 2 then you can get yourself a nice TSN or RTC and be totally fine with a 5' pond
