bass in general are agressive eaters, but not mean fish unless they are on the end of a fishing rod

yeah so far it seems really calm and out of the way. most of its color is starting to come back (they faded from the stress of its epic journey today) and its calmly swimming a long the bottom just hovering a few inches above the sand. the tsn is the only one who hasnt come up to it a few times to check him out yet

ONe things for sure they are one of the most aggressive eaters I've ever seen. Had one at 13inches take out 2 dozen feeders in less than exactly 39.6 secs timed it myself. They are aggressive eaters. However, I've kept them with 6" oscars and a 2lbs bluegill and a Jardini. Which all have gone to different owners now once I got out of the hobby. Now I'm back into the hobby and will get a Sunfish soon. But the LmB is a beautiful fish my fav of all native fishes. 200 gallon I'd say is good size. Until it out grows it. All monster fishes out grow it's tank. But as long as you know it will need a bigger tank. The LMB in a pond would be awesome and best. If it's a big pond other fishes would be safe so long as they don't cross the LMB's path...hahaha.
