going from the fish i'v had

i say RD, my RD killed my jag, they was the same size and both males, saying that the RD killed every fish i put with him even a plec:screwy:

wow that is a really killer RD.. do you still have this RD? . I was really hoping that these two would kind of except each other but i am relieved to find out that if this was not to be the case that they showed it before i attempted to put them together.. so tonight the jag will go back to his tank.. I would never do anything to jeopordize any fish i own. Just interesting that these two are the bad guys and both have the same temperment.. of course then theres also the terror.. but i don't think the terror has as much aggression as these two.

hmm....this is a hard one. RD's have knockdown power, but jags are just all out insane. coming from a fellow RD owner my moneys on the jag, i wouldnt try it. unless the get comfortable with the divder up, then maybe let em swim together.
i was hoping that they would be comfortable and except each other..but no the hostility is brewing between these two and the Jag is going back to his old tank tonight until we set up something else for him.. It just would have been awesome to have both in the same big tank..both being so beautiful .. but unless they change by tonight and call a truce the fish fights off.. :D

get a clear divider. that way they're seperated, but still in the same tank. it still looks good and they should get use to each other eventually when they figure out they cant get to one another.
Thats what i have between them.. a clear very very strong divider.. i quess i could leave them for awhile.. they are both eating well and do not seem stressed but actually maybe are enjoying the company.. :D :D :D of course it does not actually look this way... but they don't want me to know....

if they're not stressed, why not do it? lol
Oh no.. i would not do it for at least a month ... until they were really use to each other.. they are not stressed because they are no dummies and they know that the divider is up...they know by now that they cannot get to each other.. i have to at least wait until they are friendly...  I doubt that will happen..

i'm hearing alot of you people saying, this fish will win, what exactly does that mean?, which fish would kill the other?, becuase i don't really think that's any kind of winning for a fish keeper. and yes jags have large mouths

Hey Liz! I'm not much of a New World guy, but those fish look beautiful!!! I'm pretty sure the Jag would reign superior from what I hear.

Thats cool how you are able to house both of those beautiful aggro monsters together with that divider. Great job and thanks for the wonderful pics!
