Well everything went as planned and the big guy is now swimming in his own tank.......or tub ???? I had a rubbermaid 300 gallon from my sisters farm that I set up and he seems to be VERY happy. I took about 100 gallons out of my 265 and added it to the 3 day old tap. I then took my Biowheel II sump and added it inside a rubbermaid 70 gallon tub. water is skimmed off the top with two 3" bulkheads and dumped into the biowheel and a separate section housing about 4 gallons of springflo bio media. I have to make a better drip tray but other than that its all done. Nothing in the tub but a big fish. I hope my existing 3 year old seaded filter does its job to get things going. I would have otherwise waited to all conditions were right before adding this guy but he was sizing up both the rtc and tsn already and he could have easily eaten either one. I guess I got lucky another day or two and one would be breakfast for sure. My 265 is mounted in the wall and all maintenance is done from the backside so catching this guy was an experience
