Fosters all the way for online buys baby!

I agree. People always amaze me when they shop for the "best deal" and are amazed at the worst service. Often times one gets what one pays for.
Service costs money! Good service costs more money! Often times, cheap products are exactly that, CHEAP, and of poor quality.

I've made several purchases with Big Als, and so far so good. One of my purchase, a UV sterilizer, didn't work when it arrived. I contacted Big Als via email. They provide me a return label to ship the UV back in the original box, at their cost. Once they check it out, and figure the bulb was bad, they sent me the UV back with a new bulb. There was no cost involved, but it took about a month for a whole thing, to ship the UV back to them, for them to test it, and for them to send the UV to me again with the new bulb.

Good luck solving the problem.
i bought a couple of thing but didnt have a problem
i guess when you hit a problem your doom with BigAls =/

so let me get this straight...he told you to suck on it and play with it a little longer? hahahaha

On a serious note, i hope you get it worked out

lol ballin' you crack me up.

I've ordered from BigAl's lots of times, thank goodness everything has always worked. I got the lowest price without having to deal with the 'lowest price service' as knowdafish mentioned. I hope I don't have to deal with returning something after reading about your experience.

i remember i got a bag of there store brand pellets. it was filled with bugs also. the pellets themselves would have the beetles encrusted inside. maybe they are trying to formulate it for extra protein..

recently i was trying to get something and comparing prices and there cart system didnt even work.

dead serious.

these filters take alittle to get perfect. the thing wont leak, but it takes alot of pushing and turning. the flow indicator is what is prob kiling it. its solid brass. wieghts alot. it pops right out. this will help right there(massive increase in flow). if it gets dirty it will stop running.(had this happen many of times from snails) take it apart and see if the impeller spins freely. wiggle it and it should work perfectly. if it doesnt take it out and clean it.

PM me if u need help. i love these little canisters but they do need alittle work to run perfect sometimes. Pics of stuff if u need them or pics of urs. im more than willing to help with them
