the big als in my area is pretty good if you ask me. i havent had any problems with them and they have a big selection of stuff
ive been upset with an lfs before for sure

I stick with Fosters and Smith, I purchased many items from them, had some wrong and some with mistakes. And always have taken care of me, even going to the extent of sending me a new item without having to return the old first, and didn't ask me to pay shipping and sent me return labels.
And even sometimes not even asking me to return the mistake or broken item.
