Well I picked up another marble the other day after stopping by a lfs that I haven't been to in sometime. When I stopped in a week before getting her she was eating. Although she was skinny. I know how this store takes care of its fish so with my big heart I bought her this past Friday.
Fast forward to today and her appetite has dropped to almost nothing. I have tried everything from bloodworms, krill, pellets, red wrigglers, night crawlers, shrimp, and tilapia. All the other rays I have will take any of this in a heartbeat.
She isn't curling yet but seems to be loosing some of her depth perception (crashing into the side of the tank) so I am hoping some of the more VETERAN ray keepers will have some idea on what I can do to help her out to get her eating. The tank has housed some of my other rays before I moved them into my 300+ gallon.
Has anyone ever force fed a motoro like some folks have done to saltwater rays? I know you can't save them all but I figured it is worth a shot.
Thanks in advance
