biggest and baddest single specie 150 gallon

I have a 150 gallon 5x2x2 tank that i have just fiinished cycling and i was wondering what could be the biggest and badest single species american cichlid i could get

Can't go wrong with a Midas or red devil.

Northern Pikes are Bad Azz, It will prob out grow a 150gl when fully mature,

As for cichlid species I would have to say Dovii or midas

get big bad ass black piranha. there are some out there with 15-16" with about 8-9" height.

Midas or other amphilophid imo. It would be very happy and an awesome wet pet no doubt

12-14". As I said already, a big Midas is pretty impressive. Midas/red devil are more notorious for being aggressively interactive than any of the parachromis. With the exception of dovii. But a dovii will out grow that that.
