I can't see enough of it in the pictures, but if it's got 2 thick blunt arms with a wicked little spike on the end it may be a vampire shrimp! African cousin of the wood shrimp, and still a filter feeder.

Singapore shrimp, bamboo shrimp, wood shrimp, and sometimes rock or even banana shrimp all refer to the same species -- Atyopsis moluccensis.

Yes, they are rather similar to Atya gabonensis, the vampire shrimp or African fan shrimp, but I doubt this is what you have. The first pair of clinging limbs (the blunt "arms") in male A. moluccensis can be almost as impressive as those of their African relative.
