Biggest snake on MFK?

the longest/heaviest snake ever capture and still alive is about 49-50' and about 900lbs i think, cant recall. but it was on the net a few years ago. it was captured in indonesia. i remembering seeing a pic and vid of it but no where to be found now prolly gotta look deeper.

If you dig a little deeper you will find this claim has been debunked... While this is a massive animal, the size reported acclaiming it to be the largest in recoded history has been found to be grossly exaggerated...

I've heard this also from what seemed to be trustworthy sources... but I can't say for sure it is true...

yes its true, reptiles, like fish, have indeterminate growth. this basically means that they keep growing as long as the live, however there growth often slows down significantly with age

Sup AW2EOD, I was once a member of GrimReefers if you remember. I cruise this forum once and a while. Man you have really gotten deep into the reptile thing huh? I don't know how you afford to keep all those Burms and Retics LOL! And an Aru scrub to boot! Brutus sounds like a true beast, post some pics!

I have a few pics of Brutus...and one really blurry one. The person taking the picture was scared to death of snakes and the shaking camera really showed. lol
