If you want a nasty invertebrate, point him towards a cone snail, and make sure life insurance is paid up.

let himtango with some mantis shrimp for a few minutes.

outstanding! i'm madly gathering data on all kinds of creepy things...

firstly, i know i'm in the wrong place. i was in POM to get some inspiration, and inadvertantly posted this thread from that location. anyone know any tricks to relocate it? cuz, yeah, there aren't any photos! sorry. am n00b.

2. ok, hippos, no can do. it's a canadian show, so our budget is a bit wee for that kind of expedition. and yes, we want him to live to see another episode! ;) bite = fun. death = non-fun.

3. i like that wolf fish, though. that's a bad dream with fins. and the shrimp & cone snail would be great, too. people don't usually think about either as being dangerous, so that's always interesting.

>>> anyone have a line on any of these creatures? <<<

4. now, if we do solicit a bite from an animal like the wolf fish, anyone have an insight about how we get it to let go?

5. guinea pig you say? hmmm... i like that show... ;)

thanks team! keep it comin!

If he wants to lose a chunk of finger, he could get a Fahaka puffer to bite him. :nilly:
There's plenty of freshwater stingrays that inflict a painful sting.

you know what?
let him get bit by that huge @$$ salamander in japan! that thing lookis like it hurts.
