Black Aro Fin Issue?

How do I know when the Anchor worms are dead? I have now started the second round of treatment and all 3 are bright white. I assume this means they are dead and will fall off at some point?

They are dead at this point you just have to wait for them to rot and decompose and drop off. They should fall off in a few days to a week.

Update....2 out of 3 of the worms are gone. 1 is totally white however hasn't fallen off. Where it is attached inside it looks pretty well in there. Should I just wait until it falls off?
