The first day after we got home we made some like a chicken parmesan. ( well with fish instead of chiken).
Got some nice fillets, covered in mozz cheese and prov. cheese, Covered with a hoe made red sauce. Baked in the oven.
It was awesome.
At the bar we go to we took some over there. We cut it up into 1 inch chuncks and give it a quick deep fry and then used various dipping sauces. Every one said it was awesome
