Black Ghost Knifefish Tankmates?

Well...I house my BGK with Dats, Fei Feng, and Bichirs.
 
thanks for all the opinions guys. im still looking at what i possibly want. and at all the options. any more suggestions would be great thanks everyone
 
i was wondering the same thing, ive been looking at alot of different tankmates for him, i dont want to get rid of him, i got him when he was tiny, so im trying to keep him
 
I plan to move my BGK (about 6-7") to a 70 Gal with:

1. One 16" Silver Aro (who is very docile),
2. Two 11-12" Florida Gars
3. Three 10" Bala Sharks
4. 8-10" Gator Gars (<-- these are currently only 6" and in a grow-out tank with the BGK. I expect them to outgrow the BGK and the grow-out tank very soon..)

What do you guys think about these tank-mates for the BGK?

PS: The "monsters" are extremely well-fed and are pretty docile. I can even hand feed my Arowana and the Gars snatches the food right from my hand.
 
i would love to have a silver aro but i dont know how that would work with the bgk and anything else in the tank lol
 
i would like to get yo yo loaches, any body kept bala sharks with the bgk fish? and then maybe some silver dollars? i dont know about them though, not really what i want
 
another BGK? Both mine coexsist in the same 6' tank going on two years now. Both are bigger than 10" at the body.......They share with Loaches , royal plecos, sevs and a couple of rdhks.....:popcorn:
