Yes sir paet moss is good as well I just started using it two weeks ago in my young cichla tank. Hey they seem a little more spunkier.
 
update: ok so the leaves seem to be making all the fish way more active and eat like horses! my big silver aro was on a non-eating hiatus for a while but now it's all i can do to keep him fed. My red tail giant gourami has redened up to a really really deep red too. for the price they were totally worth it if this is actually wht helped him/them.

did they tan your water? where did you purchase them? ebay?
