I have a Blue Blerehi snakehead, Lipor and a Burmese (channa pulchra) snakehead. My pulchra seems to be the more active, aggressive and overall most exciting snakehead of the 3.
Whereas my Blue Blerehi seems very fearful of other fish and lacks confidence.

he is also the smallest of the 3, but not by much

I would like to know whether this is because he is new and will he grow more tenacious as he grows older, as this seems odd behaviour for a snakehead:confused:

HI,

do u have them all together in one tank ?

The sp. Assam will the first to be killed, and than one of the others.

Channacommunitys molstly dont work.
Cheers

could you tell me if the blerehi survives, will he get any more confident?

thanks for your reply but im a bit more of an optimist to be honest

if it survives ask it for the lottery numbers as its a very lucky fish.

i'm sure the bleheri does not share your optimism hence the lack of confidence. my female pulchra took out her bigger mate with one attack, he's totally goosed now and i'll have to euthanize him soon.

bleheri are one of the more mild mannered peaceful dwarf species. i would keep alone or in strictly bleheri sp. tank.

good luck
