Blood worms are breeding in my indoor pond!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Yah the only insect larva I feed again will be frozen or freeze dried, or blended into a liquid and then frozen.

What I hate is the tubes they make to live in if it wasn't for that my fish would be fat. But my fish aren't smart enough to figure such things out unfortunately, but then again neither is my dog or younger brother or 1/3 of the people at the local college so my fish aren't the dumbest.

I like to scrape up a bunch of them and swirl them out of the goo and dump them into other tanks. The bettas love them!

Thanks for all the suggestions, I hope I find a way to end the swarm. It all happened because I overfeed my fish live bloodworms one day. I have even emptied the pond and filter out and scrubbed/washed everything down with a hand towel and water and even had to recycle the pond and I still have them breeding in it.
HUH I am here paying big time money for the frozen type by HIKARI and you get the live type for free BOy aren"t you lucky Count your blessings LOL

More like a plague. But yeah I guess.
