So today i noticed the mom and dad have seperated the now free swimming fry into 2 seperate pits. Each pit has about 50-75 babies and the parents swap back and forth between the two.

moved these guys to a smaller tank for just the pair and a few baby bristlenose for them to fend off. dropped a dragonfly nymph in the other day and these two dropped a batch of eggs. wigglers as of this morning.
