Its a lovely Black arowana Osteoglossum Ferrerai and it is a fair price, in the UK it is very difficult to find them and I think at 10" it is definitely worth the money.
Your aro has nice finnage and barbels, some more pics would be good

ran into the same situation, the store was trying to sell it for $200, it turn out to be a six inch black

In this part of this world...the black is also seems rare....haven't seen ANY black offered for sale...

i only seen a couple 12" and they're going for US$60.00...i know it's cheap but in my country, US$60 means somebody's paycheck for a month! so go figure if it's worth it or not
